Thank you for considering Thomas Beauvais, Attorney at Law for your consumer legal matter.

Many consumer legal matters can be overwhelming and even intimidating. Many don't feel they have any options. I opened my practice to help individuals enforce their rights under the law. There's an old saying about trial lawyers, the only reason he's representing his client is that she got to his office first. That's not the case with my practice. I am a passionate consumer advocate, and I only represent consumers.

I firmly believe in providing all my cases individual and aggressive representation. When you first contact me, I'll listen to your entire situation and then discuss what might be your best legal option. I don't try to pigeon hole my clients into a service that's easy on me but not best for you. Once we decide the best approach for you, I pursue that goal faithfully and dutifully. Debt collectors and car dealers often try to bully consumers. When you hire me, I push back to get the best results for you.

I believe in working with my clients. I have a solo practice. When you hire me, you get me, not an associate or paralegal. You'll always be kept informed about what's going on in your case, and I will always return your calls. I regularly meet clients in their homes and around their schedules so the legal process doesn't become a burden on the rest of your life. I also make sure to develop an effective trial strategy around your budget and goals. You won't find yourself receiving a bloated bill from me in the mail. Whenever possible, I make the other side pay my fee for having to enforce your rights.

I am also very committed to providing pro bono services. I volunteer every week with the Volunteer Lawyers Project, providing pro bono legal services to debtors in the Boston Municipal Court and the Boston Bankruptcy Court. In my spare time, I serve as an adjunct faculty member at Suffolk Law School as an instructor for the National Trial Team.
